Confirm a proposed component by an explicit analyst decision

This is the only public bridge from exploratory component ranking to a confirmed AnalysisSpecification. Before calibration, confirmation records an exploratory choice only. Once calibrated axis-identifiability evidence is attached, only a digest-valid stable-axis result can be confirmed; acceptance must use the recommendation and an override is limited to the calibrated effect-equivalent candidate set. Typed abstention or calibrated ineligibility cannot be bypassed.
