Declare an independent destructive-sampling time course — independent_time

Each observation is an independent biological sampling unit collected at a declared observed study time. No subject identity or repeated-measures structure is introduced. Observed study time remains distinct from ordered biological state, severity, and inferred pseudotime.

Usage

independent_time_course(time, time_unit = character(0L))

Arguments

time: character name of the colData column containing observed time
time_unit: optional character description of the time unit
