landscapeR-package.RdS4-based pipeline combining GSVD/HO-GSVD comparative decomposition with quasi-potential state-transition modelling on multi-layer omic data. Provides a contract/registry architecture for synthetic validation (Stage 0), archetype classification (Stage 0.5), distributional fit assessment (Stage 0.75), decomposition (Stage 1), and dynamics estimation (Stage 2).
